After enduring the unprecedented challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, the much-awaited moment of celebration arrived. On Monday, 18th July 2022, the School Auditorium hosted the first graduation ceremony since the onset of the pandemic. With three batches eagerly awaiting their turn to cross the stage, the event symbolized resilience, perseverance, and the indomitable spirit of the graduating students.

The occasion brought together the three batches of students who navigated through the most challenging times in recent memory. The graduating classes of 2020, 2021, and 2022 finally had the opportunity to commemorate their achievements in person, surrounded by their peers, families, and teachers. Each batch had faced unique trials and tribulations during their academic journey, with the pandemic disrupting their traditional high school experience.

Our Auditorium, once filled with echoes of applause and cheers during pre-pandemic times, stood as a testament to the human spirit and its ability to triumph over adversity. While the COVID-19 pandemic forced Sishya to adapt to remote learning and virtual interactions, this graduation ceremony signified a return to a semblance of normalcy.

The three batches were in bright blue robes, some had already started the next chapter of their lives and some ready to embark on to the next journey, but it was a bittersweet moment for every student as their time at Sishya ended. The gathering was addressed by teachers and students, followed by the distribution of mementos by the trustees, and the lighting of candles. The ceremony ended with the singing of the school song, followed by a grand lunch for the students and teachers.
