ANNUAL DAY REPORT

The Annual Day was held on Friday, 29th August 2025. The Chief Guest for the evening was Dr. Preetha Reddy, Executive Vice Chairperson, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited.

The program began with the State Anthem, followed by the Invocation rendered by the ICSE Batch of 2026. This was followed by “Adieu”, a melodious medley of songs performed by the outgoing ISC Batch of 2026. The Welcome Address was delivered by Dr. Salim Thomas. The Principal’s Report was presented by Mrs. Omana Thomas, highlighting the school’s events, students’ achievements and training programs attended by teachers. Prizes were then distributed to the top performers in the 2025 ISC and ICSE examinations. The Chief Guest addressed the gathering, speaking of her wonderful experiences with Sishya and her definitions of success.

The highlight of the evening was the School Play “Ali Baba and Morgiana: A Tale of Thieves and Courage”. The performance brought to life the classic tale with wit, energy and emotion, making it thoroughly engaging to watch. The play showcased vibrant Persian and Arabian dances choreographed and performed by the students, while six groups enacted the entire story. The choir seamlessly connected each scene with their melodious singing. The art students designed the props that gave authenticity to the setting. The backstage crew ensured the production flowed seamlessly, resulting in a spectacular performance that left the audience spellbound. The evening concluded with the National Anthem.
