Sishya Alumni Vs. Students Debate Competition 2019
The Sishya Alumni Vs. Students Debate competition was held on 14th of June 2019. This year’s topics were ‘Everybody Should Get a Minimum Wage’ and ‘Social Stratification is Necessary’. The debate was of a high standard. Current students held their own commendably. Sishya Alumni emerged as the winners for the topic ‘Everybody Should Get a Minimum Wage’ and Sishya Students emerged as the winners for the topic ‘Social Stratification is Necessary’.
Srinath Sridevan(Class of 1990) and Rohan Manoj(Class of 2019) were chosen as the best speakers.
Celebrating International Yoga Day, 2019
On 21st June, to mark the International Yoga Day the students of class 8 and 9 practiced various asanas with enthusiasm and zeal.
