Tennis Meet 2018

The Inter House Tennis Meet was held on the 22nd of September 2018 and this year we had an overall participation of 261 students in the event which included a Hit over the Net section too. This was a resounding success with a total of 82 students taking part. The hit over the net was held on the school basketball court on the 21st of September. The matches scheduled for the 22nd were held at the SDAT Stadium. The other special draw of the day was a friendly match played between the Sishya Alumni team and the present students’ team. As expected, the match was won the team representing the school.

Cauvery claimed the Overall Championship with 48 points. The best Boys House also went to Cauvery with 26 points and the best Girls house was awarded to Sutlej who had an overall score of 28 points.

The Chief Guest for the event was Mrs. Shaan Katari Libby, President of the Sishya Alumni Association. She along with the School Trustee, Dr. Salim Thomas, the Principal, Mrs. Omana Thomas and the Senior Teacher, Mr. Robert Ravi gave away the prizes to the winners.
