Mihir Bopana of Class 10 finished Runners-up in U15 at the Eastern Challenger Squash Open in Calcutta losing 7-11, 9-11, 11-8, 8-11 to the 3rd seed. Mihir defeated the Top seed in the Semis. This was held in July 2024.
Ruchira Prabhala of Class 8 won the Annual Championship for Under 16 girls in the WCCG Chennai Cyclist’s Coastal Rush Cycling held in Feb 2024.

Sishya had a strong contingent from Chennai in the World Scholar’s Cup 2023. The students shone – with Aadhit Udipi Rau topping the whole Globals Challenge
Rian Kumar has set a World Record for being the youngest fast track cyclist to ride 500m in 52 seconds. His name is included in the World Book of Records, London.
Tasha Neethirajan won 1st place Individual and Team in the Junior National Equestrian Championship conducted by The Equestrian Federation of India , held in Bhopal from 15 to 25 December 2022.
Sishya was represented by Athena K, Anya Shah, Sanjana Anand and Mirutthika Prabhakar at The Busan Art Competition 2023 in Korea.
Pragyaa Nahar, Raina Mandoth, and Jia Dangi participated in the 25th Asia-Pacific Dance Competition and won the 3rd place in open age national troupe, 3rd place in the under 17 national ensemble and an honourable mention in open age ballet troupe. This competition was held in Malaysia from 17th August to 20th August 2023 and over 400 teams took part from the Asia-Pacific region.
Developing Stories is a compilation of 15 powerful stories written by Amaira Goyal and Tia Thadani after meeting women in Chennai, working at various levels in the area of sanitation. The book launch was held on 4th August 2023 and was presided over by Mrs. Priya Rajan, the Mayor of Chennai. This book’s primary aim is to kindle interest in the lives of the many unheard, invisible warriors of our city.
