Computer Science Department
Computer Science lessons were introduced in the late 80’s. The school rented the computer on a weekly basis for the duration of the lesson. The Computer Science teacher would arrive by auto with a huge PC and a couple of boys would help her unload it, carry it up to the library and at the end of the class, carry it back to the waiting auto. Today Sishya has two state-of-the-art computer labs with 30 computers each. The entire campus is WiFi enabled to make every classrooms a “smart classrooms”.
The Counselling Department was started in 2000 Over the years it has evolved into a fully fledged Unit and it offers its services to students, teachers and parents alike. Classes 5 to 11 meet the counselors once every week.
