Inter School Athletic Meet 2013

The Inter School Athletic Meet was held on the 2nd of March 2013 at the Sishya Grounds. This year, there were 9 schools which participated in the meet.

They were as follows:
Sishya
Abacus Montessori School
P.S.B.B.S.S. (K.K.Nagar)
Vanavani
Vidya Mandir
Good Earth
Dr. C.L. Mehta Sishya O.M.R. School
Hari Shree Vidyalayam
A.M.M.

Sishya bagged the Overall Championship for the third consecutive year with a total of 89 points followed by Vanavani with 81.5 points. Mrs. Shyamala Christopher, the Headmistress inaugurated the Meet. Mr. Neville Bilimoria, National Level Rower and now a Chennai Marathon Runner was the Chief Guest for the event. He later spoke to the athletes gathered and distributed the trophies and medals to the winners.
