Rangoli Competition 2013
The Inter House Rangoli Competition was held on the 8th of February 2013. The theme this year was ‘Life under water’. The judge for the event was Mrs. Sai Lakshmi. Narmada depicted ‘The Other World’ in their rangoli which contained a big dolphin, a jelly fish, a sea horse and pebbles. Cauvery’s rangoli – ‘A world away from the world’ had two big brightly coloured fishes, some pebbles and plants. Godavari depicted ‘Beauty of Sea Angel on the Beach Ocean’s daughter’ in their rangoli and it contained a mermaid, star fish, sea shells, pearls and pebbles. Sutlej’s rangoli, ‘If there is magic in this planet it is contained in water’ had a jelly fish, grass and bits of blue paper.
Narmada took first place, while Cauvery came in second and Godavari bagged the third spot.
